We fell in love...

...with Sioux Falls. Taylor and Zervan had just arrived in Fargo from Sioux Falls and told us what a must see it is and they were right.
After enjoying our most luxurious campsite thus far, complete with a shiny new BBQ and concrete patio, we ventured out during our one day in Sioux City to see what all the fuss was about.
While planning our day, we discovered two important things with the help of Google. First, a dog park where Pearl could enjoy some running, play, and sniffing around. We even noticed cows just beyond the fence, and I became that tourist exclaiming, 'Wow, look, there are cows right there,' as the locals glanced at me in disbelief.
The second was a cafe that was not only dog friendly on the outdoor patio but they welcomed our furry friends indoors as well. Since 99%, maybe 100%, of our dining had been outdoors up to this point, we were sure this would be our lunch destination!

Having Sioux Falls nearby was a stroke of luck, as it provided a delightful view during meals and offered a fascinating and beautiful spot to explore after lunch.
The sound seemed eternal as the water consistently washed over the large rocks, creating a symphony as it flowed past them. The path of least resistance was clearly visible, carved by the water over countless years of its ceaseless journey. Water is indeed a gift in many ways.
This stop was short and sweet, just like my blog for this week. We are winding down our trip and only have one more stop in Lincoln, Nebraska before we pick up the pace to head home.

Needless to say,
it was a good day
for all and Pearl
returned to the RV
just like we
had hoped..... pooped out!
I am truly grateful for you taking the time to connect. May this serve as a moment of relaxation and tranquility for you. We not only deserve these moments greatly, but we also need them!
In Gratitude, Shari
